JOB DESCRIPTION

• • Responsible for all engineering and technical projects and assure all projects’ accuracy and quality from conception to completion are managed well using scheduling, planning, forecasting, resources and all other technical activities deemed necessary.
  • Perform Mechanical & Electrical maintenance tasks and machine troubleshooting.
  • Strong mechanical skills to make, perform, and/or operate a machine or machinery.
  • Lead and deliver cross-functional projects to develop and implement new programs and process improvements.
  • Carry out work scheduling material requisitions, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
  • Manage project schedules, progress, and costs to ensure results are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Use rigorous risk identification and mitigation process on an on-going basis.
  • Ensure that risk related costs are included in projects’ budget and forecast.
  • Ensure that risk considerations are incorporated into projects’ schedules.
  • Adjust, update and communicate projects plans as needed.
  • Work closely with end-users to understand business objectives to scope projects appropriately.
  • Liaise and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle technical and engineering problems.
  • Ensure safe working procedures are implemented.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required.
  • Must have strong mechanical skills.
  • Required skills: Project Management, AUTOCAD, AUTODESK INVENTOR, PLC, SCADA
  • Proficient in MS Office; Project, Words, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Six Sigma and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) would be added advantages.
