JOB DESCRIPTION
-
- Manage areas that include invoice processing, employee claims, corporate card, payment processing, vendor master information, AP month-end and year end process.
- Prepare and manage cash flow, funding, bank balances to support working capital requirement and investment purpose.
- Ensure AP/Treasury functions well delivered in accordance with established process and work procedures, in compliance with internal and external audit requirement.
- Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines
- Work closely with bankers on trade facility arrangement.
- Perform other duties as and when delegated, i.e. back up function, process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance, Accountancy or others related field.
- Passionate with business operation and has minimum five (5) years operation management experience.
- Required professional membership: ACCA, CIMA, CPA
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Confident, analytical, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Effective leadership and good team player.
- Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to SAP/ERP would be an added advantage.
