Manager, Business Development
This role is responsible for our top export country business development portfolio. The incumbent needs to understand the market information of respective country, including 4P strategy, culture, household income level, consumer purchase power/basket size. Analyze the data and provide management the accurate and best options of solution for decision making, with the aim to grow the core markets significantly.
- Sales target: Topline & Bottom-line for responsive countries.
- To build a good business relationship with responsive customers & retailers.
- Responsible for business development in the overseas market to prospecting, qualifying new accounts, managing, and building good relationship with customer.
- Plan and develop new strategies for existing and new products to penetrate the respective market to ensure business growth and profitability.
- Business review and brainstorm with customer regularly, for sales and marketing strategy which in line with latest trending.
- Back end service support to customer including product information, logistic and market info.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirement
- At least 6 years of Key Account Management experience
