JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for managing the operational support, maintenance, and development activities of company’s SAP ECC6 environment.
- Strategically design and implement SAP related requests, including integration with other external systems where applicable. This includes selecting, blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing and rolling out SAP solutions (new and existing) to business users.
- Working with other application teams, the SAP Business Analyst is also responsible for ensuring high levels of SAP availability through support functions and in-depth testing.
- Day to day business support of SAP Procure to Pay processes – incident management, master data maintenance and critical period support (i.e. month end processing).
- Day to day business support of SAP Procure to Pay related integrations.
- Perform analysis, design, build, test on assigned change requests.
- Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of SAP environments for both external and internal users.
- Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented.
- Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members.
- Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
- At least 2 years’ experience in SAP support environment with hands-on configuration and support experience on the following SAP areas:
- Materials Management – Purchasing
- Materials Management – Inventory Management
- Master Data Management
- Experience in SAP integration to other third-party systems
- Programming / scripting experience in ABAP and knowledge of software development life cycle is an added advantage
- Capable in analyzing various business operation needs and translating business solutions into system configuration and/or programs
- Good communication and presentations skills and willingness to explore unfamiliar areas of knowledge
