The Technology / Business Application interns are responsible for performing the operational support, maintenance, development activities and business application of MAMEE's enterprise solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Day to day business support of enterprise solutions.
- Respond to issues that arise through onsite, email, and teams.
- Attend hardware and software issues. Examples: BSOD, connection problems with devices like laptop and printers, MS 365 application error, etc.
- Maintain IT inventory: Register new assets (laptop, monitor, or other devices).
- New staff orientation: Setup hardware devices for new joiners and introduce them to Mamee Application.
- Training and deployment of assigned software.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent.
- Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
- Good communication and presentations skills and willingness to explore unfamiliar areas of knowledge.
- Internship duration must be minimum 4 – 6 months
- Two (2) placements in Subang and one (1) placement in Melaka.
