Sexual Harassment Awareness For A Better Working Environment!

Under new amendment of Employment Act 1955, employers are required to raise awareness on sexual harassment in the workplace. With this in mind, Human Capital Monstars organized a session on Sexual Harassment with ASP Puan Siti Sarah from IPD Subang Jaya for all Monstars from Subang, Melaka, Johor & Kuantan.

Throughout this session, harmful behaviours, various offences, penalties/punishments, what needs to be done if you are a victim, understand ways to protect and improve our company-culture were among the key touchpoints. All for the sole purpose of creating a safe and respectful working environment for all.
