Mamee Food Service Debuts at Food & Hotel Malaysia Exhibition 2023, KL Convention Centre!

Across 4 days at KL Convention Centre, Mamee Food Service Monstars led by Jennifer Chee, Chef Faizul, Bruce Wayne Ngiam, Kae Jie, Rebecca, Chee Jian and Zhong Hao ran the show at Food & Hotel Malaysia Exhibition with strong support from Felix Pang.

In what was their debut at the exhibition this year as part of an on-going extensive 5th anniversary celebratory campaigns, many were essentially surprised to see Mamee has a venture in the Food Service industry while keen to learn more on the innovative and versatile products on parade.

Excitingly, Ben’s Independent Grocer won a GOLD MEDAL in the Culinaire Malaysia 2023 for their participating dish “Aussie Steak with Creamy Tteokbokki Dressing “ using DAEBAK Tteokbokki Sauce, as inspired by Chef Faizul.

Indeed, it was an excellent opportunity to reconnect with people from the F&B industry (AEON, Pizza Hut, Kenny Rogers Roasters, Secret Recipe, See Hoy Chan etc), and most importantly to feature, demonstrate applications of their products and for others to discover how MAMEE Food Service can elevate businesses food solutions as they continue living up to their “Your Local Culinary Expert” tagline.
