Regional Finance Manager
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Oversee month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong control environment across the regions.
- Prioritize maintenance of healthy balance sheet position.
- Support cash generation initiatives.
- Provide financial information for direct and indirect tax compliance.
- Facilitate accurate transfer pricing information for new policies and annual revisions.
- Collaborate with external partners for timely statutory reporting submissions.
- Offer financial expertise and analysis for better business decisions.
- Uphold corporate governance standards and ensure effective financial reporting controls.
- Identify opportunities for processes standardization and simplification across the regions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accountancy / Finance or Professional Accounting Qualification.
- Confident, analytical, proactive, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong track record in leading finance operations across multiple regions is highly desirable.
- Knowledge in using MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to SAP / ERP would be an added advantage.
