Production Executive

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Ensure raw materials are prepared and available based on daily and weekly production plans, including preparing sufficient materials for the next shift and managing usage on an hourly basis.
• Oversee the start-up and shutdown of production lines according to schedule, including hygiene inspections before and after production, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness before staff dismissal.
•  Monitor production lines to ensure they run at the required speed and efficiency and take corrective action for any deviations using control charts and data.
• Ensure machines are maintained according to schedule and attend to any breakdowns immediately by coordinating with technicians or the Maintenance Coordinator.
• Supervise production staff by monitoring attendance, discipline, performance, and compliance with company policies (e.g. uniforms and hygiene).
• Manage non-conforming materials and products to prevent incorrect usage and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions for any non-conformance.
• Maintain accurate and timely production reports, update the communication logbook, and communicate recurring issues to the Assistant Production Manager.
• Support and train staff in new systems, quality programs, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring tasks are carried out as expected.
• Practice and enforce 5S and good housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Learn and support the setup, installation, and operation of the upcoming high-capacity production line, including understanding and applying the new SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures).
