JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage the full spectrum of Housing Development Sales Administration from booking to handover.
- Oversee and coordinate the execution of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation with buyers, solicitors, and financial institutions.
- Track and manage collections and progress billings in accordance with project milestones.
- Liaise with bankers and solicitors to ensure timely processing and disbursement of loan facilities.
- Coordinate with purchasers and internal teams for Vacant Possession (VP) and strata title issuance.
- Handle all necessary documentation and ensure compliance with KPKT requirements and relevant housing development regulations.
- Maintain and update accurate sales records, reports, and tracking sheets using advanced Excel skills.
- Act as the main point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales administrative process.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Management or any related discipline.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office; MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
