JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Day to day business support of on premise or cloud network infrastructure, hardware and software.
- Day to day business support on in-house application and end user computing.
- Training and deployment of assigned software.
- Perform analysis, design, build, test on assigned change requests.
- Maintains a strong understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives.
- Miscellaneous ad-hoc task.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent.
- Possess strong technical knowledge hardware/software/applications.
- Working experience in IT an added advantage.
- Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills to cooperate with people at different organization levels.
- Ability to communicate concepts in elegant, concise, eloquent form to management and to cross-functional departments or teams verbally, in writing, and through pictures or diagrams when appropriate.
CCNA//Azure Fundamentals will be an added advantage. - English (required).
