Job Description:
1. Product Development
- Assist in developing and executing new product concepts in alignment with global brand strategy.
- Work closely with R&D, Factory and supply chain teams for product development to ensure timely product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Support in product positioning, pricing strategy, and portfolio optimization.
2. Brand Communication/Campaign
- Plan/Implement brand campaigns across global markets, ensuring consistency of message and tone.
- Liaise with creative and media agencies or distributor for campaign planning and execution.
- Adapt local marketing materials for global markets while maintaining brand integrity.
- Monitor consumer insights, digital trends, and competitive communication activities and campaign performance, preparing reports.
3. Others
- Track and monitor ANP (Advertising & Promotion) budget, ensuring accurate reporting and cost control.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties from time-to-time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate possess Bachelor’s Degree in in marketing, communication, business or related field.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, brand management in the FMCG industry.
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals (4Ps, brand positioning, consumer insights).
- Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable insights.
- Project management and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
