JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- To design and develop new product and processes
- To seek suitable raw materials and packaging materials for product development
- To work on material planning
- To arrange sample as per sales or customer request
- To conduct periodic product analysis, sensory evaluation, shelf life test & optimization study when needed
- To update documents such as specification in accordance to food standard
- To arrange and conduct production trial run at factory
- To participate in creating, launching / implementing new products
- To improve existing product formula & processes
- To participate in benchmarking and testing competitive produces to gain relevant information
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
- At least 1 or 2 years working experience in food industry.
- Able to work independently, passion and creative towards product development
- Able to communicate effectively and possess basic computer knowledge
- Possess own transport, willing to travel when needed.
- Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
