3. Incident Response
- Lead investigations into security breaches, thefts, or emergencies.
- Coordinate immediate response actions during crises (fire, medical, intrusion).
- Document incidents and recommend corrective measures.
4. Policy & Compliance
- Establish, update, and enforce security policies and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, industry regulations, and company standards.
- Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory agencies when necessary.
5. Training & Development
- Design and deliver training programs for security staff.
- Promote awareness of security and emergency protocols among employees.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance performance.
6. Technology & Systems Oversight
- Manage and maintain security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades to enhance security infrastructure.
- Ensure proper documentation and monitoring of system usage.
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, and operational activities.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on security performance.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with other departments (HR, IT, Facilities) to align security measures.
- Coordinate with external agencies (police, fire department, emergency services).
- Support corporate events and special projects with tailored security plans.
