JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Key Accountabilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute long-term category and brand strategies aligned with regional and global business objectives.
- Translate corporate vision into actionable marketing roadmaps and annual operating plans.
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, trend forecasting, and competitive intelligence.
2. Innovation & Product Development
- Lead the innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in launching successful innovative snack products supported by consumer insight and data analytics.
- Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure product feasibility, compliance, and speed to market.
3. Brand & Communication Excellence
- Own brand equity, positioning, and communication strategy across all touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across ATL, BTL, digital, retail, and experiential channels.
- Monitor brand health metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
4. Commercial & Market Execution
- Collaborate closely with Sales team develop integrated business plans.
- Drive pricing, promotion, and channel strategies to maximize penetration and profitability.
- Support expansion into new channels, regions, and export markets.
5. Financial & Performance Management
- Manage marketing budgets with strong ROI discipline.
- Deliver against agreed KPIs including market share, revenue growth, margin, and brand metrics.
- Utilize data analytics and dashboards for performance tracking and decision-making.
6. People Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Coach and mentor team members to strengthen leadership pipeline and succession planning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG, preferably food/snack category.
- Minimum 5 years in senior leadership role managing teams and multi-brand portfolios.
- Demonstrated success in innovation launches and brand growth initiatives.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization.
- Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to work from Office in Tangerang, Banten.
