JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Respond promptly and effectively to any issues that may impact sales performance.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales and performance reports as required by management.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while meeting established key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Accurately process export sales orders, ensuring timely entry into the system and close coordination with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Monitor and analyse export sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and participate in trade exhibitions, promotional events, and other marketing activities to enhance brand presence and generate new business opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization, and execution to drive business growth.
- Proven ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and key stakeholders.
