JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Assist in month‑end closing activities, including cost settlement and preparation of monthly costing reports.
- Assist in material creation and material master data changes in SAP, and liaise with relevant departments to validate inputs and supporting information.
- Assist in cost estimate runs and cost releases, including basic variance checking and documentation.
- Assist in conducting physical inventory audits and support product cost‑related audit matters.
- Assist in yearly budgeting activities, including data preparation and uploading budget data into SAP.
- Provide support for ad‑hoc projects and costing analysis as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA).
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is often preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience with SAP system
- Competencies: Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
