Job Description
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management review
- Assist in group consolidation, including intercompany reconciliation and elimination
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data submitted by subsidiaries
- Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for key movements
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain and improve reporting templates and schedules
- Liaise with internal teams and subsidiaries on reporting matters
- Assist in audit schedules and respond to auditor queries
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g. MFRS) and internal controls
- Support ad-hoc analysis and management reporting requirement
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) years of working experience.
- Preferably executives specializing in management reporting or with audit background or equivalents
- Proficient in Finance & Accounting software, eg. SAP
- Ability to multi-task, proactive, and to deliver within tight deadlines
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently and cope with pressure.
