JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Lead synthesis of Nielsen, Kantar, and retail data into category opportunities.
- Drive deep understanding of shopper missions, channel dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Build compelling, data-backed category sell stories for senior stakeholders and customers.
- Embed category perspective into innovation, demand planning, and campaign design.
- Act as trusted category advisor to key retailers in Joint Business Planning.
- Shape win-win growth plans with customers, influence in space allocation, and assortment expansion.
- Anchor category thinking in customer conversations and negotiations.
- Ensure strong alignment between category strategy and execution at shelf.
- Coach and mentor junior team members where applicable.
- Own category KPIs: Sales, Market Share, Margin, ROS, Penetration.
- Drive performance tracking, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 8-10 years in FMCG (F&B preferred) across Category Management / Trade Marketing / Commercial.
- Strong experience with Nielsen, Kantar, or equivalent market data tools.
- Proven track record in driving category growth and influencing key retailers.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and storytelling ability.
