Identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, develop and implement sales strategies to expand international markets and drive sales.

Hands-on working experience in maintaining and repairing pumps, motors, hydraulic systems, air or chilling compressors, and electrical installations.

Oversee material availability and quality, review material movement trend and data analysis in forecasting to enable smooth productions.

Oversee electrical maintenance and repairs, ensuring safety compliance and optimal system performance. Lead and guide the team, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records.
