Mamee hosts Malaysia SAP User Group (MYSUG) at Subang Opis!

On the day of perfection 10-10, delegates of the Malaysia SAP User Group (MYSUG) from 15 organisations visited the Mamee Subang Opis for a day of experience sharing and knowledge exchange.

MYSUG is an independent not-for-profit organisation set up by organisations running on SAP to help them realise the full benefits of their SAP software and help shape the future of SAP software development as a community.

In this session held at Monster’s Loft, our Executive Director, Mr. Felix Pang amazed the audience with Mamee’s rich legacy and vision for snacking solutions across ASEAN whilst Mr. Jit Wei Tan our Chief Technology Officer shared our hardship of the SAP S/4HANA upgrade assessment journey which started back in 2020 – a journey that is undertaken by many other industry peers.

PETRONAS representative, Mr.Syuen Khor shared on their implementation experience of SAP’s Central Finance solution, a group consolidation platform that has united financial reporting of more than 380 subsidiaries of PETRONAS globally. Wrapping up the half-day session was SAP’s regional Finance SME, Jasmine Elone take on Malaysia’s upcoming e-invoicing regulatory requirements – how SAP would be able to assist us in compliance to be enforced in June 2024.

Wowed with the hospitality by Business Technology Monstars at our ever fun and cheerful opis, all delegates were then treated to a scrumptious buffet lunch by our very own Mamee Jonker House’s Chef Adam – it was all around thumbs up!
