Mamee Monster Just Got A Makeover And You Can Vote Whether You Like It Or Not

Mamee Monster—one of our favourite childhood snacks, just got a makeover, and Mamee wants to know what you think of it!
Remember munching on this iconic snack while waiting for the school bus?
It was the most satisfying thing ever, especially with the irresistible flavour sachets! Some of us love it so much we still keep a stash of Mamee Monster in our office drawer to snack on when no one's looking.
However, with this makeover, Malaysians are still split between the OG version and the new Mamee Monster Xtra Krunchy

To help you decide which is better, we did a side-by-side comparison of both Mamee Monster snacks

At first glance, there doesn't seem to be much difference. But upon closer inspection, we discovered a world of difference!

While both snacks are pretty much similar in size, the new noodles are more wavy and thinner than the original ones. But guys trust me, the picture doesn't do it justice. You really need to see it up-close and bite into the snack to experience it!
Here, you can see that the new noodles are indeed thinner than the original ones, giving it a new and enjoyable crunch

When we were breaking apart both snacks to compare the thickness of the noodles, we noticed that the OG Mamee Monster took a bit more effort to break apart compared to Mamee Monster Xtra Krunchy. So, if you enjoy taking big bites and having a tougher crunch, you may prefer the OG version.
However, with the new version, the thinner noodles make the snack feel lighter and extra crunchy. Plus, with thinner noodles, you also get more strands of Mamee Monster Xtra Krunchy in every pack!
