Held at Avillion Admiral Cove, Port Dickson, a host of team building activities was carried out to further strengthen the camaraderie among KMM3, KMM4/4a, KMM6 production Monstars with key emphasis on shift in mindset, stronger team effort and more intense engagement among each other as per 4i Core Values, 4C Leadership, 3P strategy (People, Plan, Process), Fewer Bigger Better (FBB) and Quality Value Excitement (QVE).The above have set the tone for everyone involved to transform and roll out as ONE TEAM, ONE DREAM, ONE TRANSFORMATION moving forward.
