Responsible to assist the Cluster Head in achieving sales target as well as developing new businesses in the region through both administrative and field work.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Work together, manage, and find customers in the region to meet the company’s financial targets.
- Responsible for new products developments across the region, in both branded products as well as OEM projects. This includes hunting for new projects, managing communications with potential customers, as well as internal collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Work together with various stakeholders in the company to make sure customers’ as well as regulatory guidelines are met.
- Monitor the performance of the current customers and find creative solutions to improve performance in the region.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree.
- At least 5 years working experience in export department, preferably in FMCG.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, integration and interpersonal skills. Able to build a strong culture of teamwork and align departmental goals to the Company’s strategic objectives.
- Self-starter and a team player that will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Confident and result oriented, and able to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office operations.
