Warehouse Manager (Raw Material Store)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Ensure operating condition is strictly comply with procedure. Take immediate corrective action if process deviation is found.
- Management of stock, supply chain and material flow to store or production, ensure that all the procedures are complied with SOP.
- Controlling stock holdings, undertaking stock count, liaise and report stock variances.
- Delegate job responsibilities to subordinates, and manpower allocation to ensure planned targets are achieved.
- Ensure daily operation and warehouse process; material receiving & delivery target and efficiency is met. Proper SAP system data entry and tracking of goods receiving and delivered.
- Ensure aging materials under monitoring and monitor material disposal activity.
- Initiate and implement system of improvement to warehouse and process control.
- Ensure cleanliness, 5S, tidiness hygiene of warehouse areas, materials, and safety operation.
- Manage the budget of overall warehouse cost, expenditure, improvement projects etc.
- Compile and update warehouse reports, control chart or any other report as instructed by superior.
- Ensure new system are implemented successfully within the given date line.
- Ensure an effective FSSC Quality Management System is implemented, and achieve the company’s Quality Policy and objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of inventory/ material & warehouse management experience.
- Result-oriented.
- Strong management & leadership skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- GMP, Food safety knowledge.
