JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage all production activities and staff in Seasoning department to perform assigned job responsibilities.
- Implement modern production techniques and monitoring systems to ensure production targets are met at lowest cost with highest quality level, control of production wastage and ensure smooth operation.
- Develop and install an effective reporting system for status monitoring.
- Ensure operating condition is strictly complied with specification. Take immediate corrective action if founded process deviation.
- Monitor quality of products in each process and ensure products are conformed to customer’s requirements.
- Control wastage, machine downtime, and monitor cost of production to achieve an effective and efficient production system; ensure planned yield is achieved.
- Analyse cause of weight variance, wastage product deficiency, machine downtime and all other problems that cause the inefficient production performance.
- Delegate job responsibilities to subordinates, and manpower allocation to ensure planned targets are achieved.
- Ensure production start time and end time is according to schedule.
- Ensure production target and efficiency is met – wrapper wastage, WIP and machine downtime is below the control limit and no unnecessary wastage of resources occur.
- Proper recording and tracking of goods delivered to store.
- Initiate and implement system of improvement to production and process control.
- Ensure cleanliness, tidiness hygiene of production areas, products, and safety operation.
- Budgeting of overall production cost, expenditure, improvement projects etc.
- Compile and update production reports, control chart or any other report as instructed by superior.
- Ensure new system are implemented successfully within the given date line.
- Ensure an effective FSSC Quality Management System is implemented, and that can achieve the company’s Quality Policy and objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology or similar disciplines.
- Familiar with manufacturing processes.
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in related field.
- Result-oriented, strong management & leadership skills.
- High level of integrity.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experienced in GMP and possess food safety knowledge.
