JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage daily operations of online stores (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Update product listings, pricing, stock, and store content
- Plan & execute promotions and campaigns with marketplace teams
- Monitor sales, traffic, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure stock availability
- Provide weekly/monthly reports
- Handle customer inquiries and improve overall online customer experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field
- 2–4 years experience in e-commerce (FMCG/snack industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
- Willing to work from office in Tangerang, Banten
