JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Electrical System Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues to ensure smooth production operations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
Team Supervision & Coordination
- Lead and oversee a team of electricians and technicians.
- Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to enhance team competency.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all electrical work complies with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent electrical hazards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain workplace safety.
Project Management & Improvements
- Support new electrical installations and upgrades in line with production requirements.
- Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance electrical performance and automation.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Prepare reports on system performance, downtime analysis, and improvement plans.
- Ensure spare parts inventory is well-managed for minimal disruption.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the F&B industry or manufacturing is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electrical circuits, PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing a team of electricians or technicians.
- Knowledge of Safety Standards: Familiarity with electrical safety protocols, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Computer Proficiency: Ability to use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work in shifts and be on call for urgent repairs.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
