JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Ensure staffs performed routine in accordance to job specification.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product nonconformity. Apply modern quality techniques to improve product quality.
- Verify the implementation of solutions, identify and record any product quality problems.
- Control further processing, delivery or installation of non-conformation until product deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
- Preparation of documented quality system procedures and instruction in accordance to requirement. Ensuring availability of traceability in the event of non-compliance.
- Establish and maintain a documented quality system as a means of ensuring that product conforms to specified requirements.
- Perform quality audit and check the conformance of manufacturing process to documented specification.
- Evaluate and analyses defects by applying statistical and graphical technique for better visualization and trend tracking.
- To serve customer on quality information, customer returns and complaints.
- Update and implementation of applicable changes, improve overall quality and yield.
- Training, brainstorming and upgrading all staffs in relation to quality and safety issue.
- Minimize unwanted variability and reduce manufacturing wastage/cost by providing early warning with all departments and work towards a common goal i.e. high quality and safety at low production cost.
- Management of QC laboratory.
- Support quality management in SAP system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree/ professional degree in Food Science or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge in QMS and FSMS.
- Computer literate.
- Good team player.
- Independent and result oriented.
