Job Description
- Account Management: Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and build strong relationships with buyers and category managers.
- Sales & Distribution: Achieve sell-in/sell-out targets and monitor performance by account and SKU.
- Commercial Negotiation: Manage annual TTA negotiations (margins, rebates, listing fees) and ensure alignment with company ROI targets.
- Trade Execution: Secure premium display visibility (GE, Blocks) and manage New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Supply Chain & Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and monitor stock replenishment to minimize OOS risks.
- Market Insights: Track competitor activity and provide actionable reports to management.
- General: Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management to support business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Modern Trade (MT) or Key Account Management.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel frequently to visit retail outlets and attend off-site meetings.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in commercial math, and sales reporting.
- Attributes: Proactive, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and a strong team player.
- Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficient in Words, Excel and Power Point.
