JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• To lead and manage the overall operations for the factory: Production (processing & packaging) SHE, planning and inventory control.
• To drive continuous improvement on production productivity using OEE and other best practices.
• To ensure consistently high-quality final products to meet local and overseas customers’ requirements.
• Coordinate production activities with other functional groups such as finance, sales, marketing and logistics to ensure optimal factory operations and order fulfilment.
• Manage operating costs of the department and direct preparation of budget request.
• Manage approved budgets with an eye to spend below by controlling cost, wastages and inefficiencies.
• To assure compliance on regulatory, licensing, permit, Food Safety Certification and Quality Management System.
• To develop annual budget with manpower plan and continuously review the budget/headcount compliance with respect to daily operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or Science.
• Must have 8 Year(s) and above of working experience in production in a leadership position.
• Strong track record in Food Processing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Robust Lean track record in Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Project Management desirable.
• Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written) and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and rapid changing environment.
• Independent, self-starter and results-oriented.

Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Banten.
