JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Under guidance from CI Engineer
- Gather production data (eg: weight, machine downtime, electric motor specs) with intention to drive material and labour productivity gain.
- Perform Time Motion Study for Planned Daily Cleaning Process/ Change Over.
- Perform due diligence on policy of Electricity Tariff vs PFI operations model to identify optimum tariff if any.
- Perform due diligence on policy of Solar Panel to understand technical feasibility of implementation and holistic impact to PFI.
- Perform analysis to identify improvement opportunities and quantify cost saving impact if any.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate preferably in final year of study in Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental, Material, etc).
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Team player, observant, eagerness to invest time at production floor to learn and contribute, analytical.
- Internship period is for minimum 6 Months.
