JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Tracking and Monitoring Shipments: Assist in tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
- Order Processing: Support order processing and fulfillment activities.
- Transportation Coordination: Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work with procurement, warehousing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to logistics activities.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Words.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a cross – functional team members.
- Have own transport and accommodation in Melaka.
