Maintenance Electrician

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• To perform regular preventive maintenance on facilities and machinery, equipment and etc.
• Ensure the machine / workplace are clean-up after maintenance services (GMP) and inform production supervisor to check the machine condition prior accept.
• Full support to ensure total productive maintenance concept is achieved.
•  Conduct instrumentation evaluation and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, electronic as well as plc system.
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Performing general electrical maintenance.
• Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
• Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
• Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
• Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess minimum SPM, certificate, or diploma in the electrical-related field equivalents with at least 3 years’ experience in the FMCG/ Electrical / Electronic Manufacturing.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Possess own transport.
• Preferred available to start immediately.
• Applicants must be willing to work shift.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya
• Able to read circuit and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to make 1 phase 240v and 3 phase 415v wiring, control circuits, trucking installations,  make domestic and industrial wiring.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical control circuit installation schematics diagrams.
• Proficient in motor control and troubleshoot 1 -phase and 3 -phase motor problems.
• Proficiency in PLC and air conditioning is a bonus.
