Production & Environment Safety Health Executive
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- PRODUCTION Leadership
- Manage production resources/personnel to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost/ Efficiency objectives
- Enforce best practices to ensure production targets are met at lowest cost with highest quality level
- Enforce accurate, timely and efficient production reporting system
- Ensure production process specifications are in compliance. Take immediate corrective action if found process or product deviation(s).
- Lead Root Cause Analysis then Action Plan to resolve problems encountered
- Delegate job responsibilities to subordinates, and manpower allocation to ensure planned targets are achieved
- Act as production lead for NPD, R&D Trials, Process Improvement or Cost Saving initiatives.
2. ENVIRONMENTAL, SAFETY and HEALTH (ESH) Leadership
- Develop ESH policies and programs in compliance with local regulations
- Set-up processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work with cross functional stakeholders to enforce ESH programs
- Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc).
- Initiate and organize ESH training of new worker, current employees, and contractors.
- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g., not using protective equipment).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in ESH related fields, Engineering (eg: Chemical) or Food Science
- Minimum 2 years working experience in factory, GMP (Food, Pharmaceutical) will be an advantage
- Certification in ESH related fields is a strong advantage
- Result-oriented, strong management & leadership skills.
- Team Player who is Independent with good communication and execution skills.
- Willing to work in Tangerang – Banten
