Job Description

• Carry out production schedule & estimate man hour requirement for completed of job assignment.
• To reconfirm the packing quality, expiry & production date for export goods, weight of goods, speed of machine.
• To ensure and follow up that the work directed to the supervisor is carried out perfectly.
• To inspect goods to verify conformance to specification and setup & adjust machine.
• Interpret company policies to workers & enforce safety regulation.
• To ensure safety of the workplace safety.
• To recommend measure to improve production method, equipment, and product quality.
• To meet legal requirement such as ISO 22000 & DOCH.
• To coordinate with other supervision on activities of others department.
• Responsible to handling workers problem and motivate workers to achieve goals.
• To perform monthly stock take.
• To carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Manufacturing / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 2 years and above of related working experience in F&B / Food Manufacturing industry.
• Able to work on shift & able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia language for both spoken and written. Ability to converse in Bahasa Cina will be an added advantage.
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Work location : Taman Perindustrian Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru.
