JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • To assist to create GRN for BSR, checking BSR/GME with complete supporting. 
  • To assist on follow up BSR status after GRN creation. 
  • To support during the Audit. 
  • To assist on the staff claim/payment supporting verification. 
  • To assist on the documents storage, completion and filing. 
  • To assist on the shipping number retrieval and documents matching. 
  • To assist on daily operations in Finance Dept as and when required. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance studies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility. 
  • Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible. 
  • Internship duration must be minimum 4 – 6 months
  • Two (2) placements in Subang and one (1) placement in Melaka.
