1. Sales & Business Performance
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (volume, value, and profitability) for the assigned area.
Analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop actionable sales plans.
Manage and optimize trade spending, implemetation promotions and visibility programs.
2. Distribution & Channel Management
Ensure numeric and weighted distribution targets are achieved across all channels (GT, MT, etc.).
Oversee distributor operations — including inventory management, claims, and secondary sales tracking.
Develop new channels and outlets to expand brand reach and market penetration.
3. People Leadership
Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular market visits and joint field coaching to improve execution quality.
Evaluate team performance and recommend training or performance improvement actions.
4. Market Execution & Trade Marketing
Ensure excellence in in-store execution: merchandising, visibility, planogram compliance, and pricing consistency.
Implement and monitor trade marketing programs and consumer promotions.
Provide market intelligence and competitor updates to the marketing and category teams.
5. Reporting & Administration
Submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analyses.
Manage credit control, claims, and administrative compliance of the area team and distributors.
