Job Description:
- Day to day business support of on premise or cloud network infrastructure, hardware and software
- Day to day business support on in-house application and end user computing
- Training and deployment of assigned software
- Miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent
- Possess strong technical knowledge hardware/software/applications.
- Working experience in IT an added advantage
- Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
- Good communication skills to cooperate with people at different organization levels.
- Ability to communicate concepts in elegant, concise, eloquent form to management and to cross-functional departments or teams verbally, in writing, and through pictures or diagrams when appropriate.
- CCNA//Azure Fundamentals will be an added advantage.
