JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Support the development and execution of brand and campaign strategies
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, social, retail, and on-ground activations)
- Manage NPD process, coordinating with R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to bring new snacks from concept to market.
- Work with agencies, designers, and production partners to deliver creative assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
- Possess 1–3 years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a proven track record of managing product launches.
- Basic understanding in Nielsen/ Kantar consumer research tools, NPD process and P&L components (COGS, GP, A&P)
- High level of curiosity, “consumer-first” mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Strong accountability and ownership in task and deliverables.
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data.
