JOB DESCRIPTIONS
A. Payroll
- Assist our migrant workforce register for, calculate, and input their tax contributions on yearly basis as well as tax clearance prior to leaving the country.
- As point of contact for our migrant workforce on any tax-related queries.
- Assist in any payroll audits – clients and/or statutory, as and when required.
- Prepare offer letters for all new local workers and employment contracts (including renewal contracts) for all migrant workers.
- Assist in other Payroll-related activities and processing, as and when assigned.
B. Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Be involved in recruiting Interns covering sourcing, selection, onboarding and eventual exit.
- Assist the team in preparing for and executing Employer-branding activities.
- Assist the TA Lead in arranging interview schedules, reference-checking and preparing documentation for new joiners (pertaining to their Personnel-files).
C. Learning & Development
- Assist the L&D Manager in organizing Learning & Development programs and Food Handler Training Coordination & Administration.
- Monitor and keep track of Learning & Development documentation, reports and manage training history record.
- Update and track HRDCorp contributions and subsequent utilization for reporting purposes.
- Assist with on-boarding briefing as and when needed.
D. Employee Engagement
- Work with the wider HC team in organizing and executing Engagement activities throughout the year.
- Take on other assignments as and when delegated to you.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or relevant field of study.
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience as a generalist in Human Resources or Administration.
- Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese in both written and reading.
- High competency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Able to thrive in fast pace and rapidly changing environment.
- Independent, self-starter and result oriented.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at one go.
- Comfortable with matrix reporting to several HR stakeholders.
- Great interpersonal & communication skills and is a natural team-player.
