Job Description
- To coordinate logistic matters like arrangement of lorries for deliver, booking container with liner for West & East Malaysia.
- Responsible for order processing including issue Invoice cum DO, internal billing, shipping cost into SAP system.
- Verify transporter/liner bills before submitting to HQ.
- Liaising and negotiating with new transporter from time to time to get best price & service.
- To support local sales team with any product inquiries.
- To monitor Raw Material and Finished Goods in warehouse in order for daily operations to run smoothly.
- To handle all kinds of unexpected issues / ad-hoc projects.
- Work closely with Planning department to ensure stock level is sufficient to support on hand orders.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOD or Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary / STPM / “A” Level / Pre-U, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic / Supply Chain Management / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 2 year of related working experience in Logistic / Shipping / Supply Chain Management.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia language for both spoken and written. Ability to converse in Bahasa Cina will be an added advantage.
- Work location : Taman Perindustrian Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru.
