Job Description

• Establish and maintain Supplier Quality Expectations Manual.
• Establish and maintain Supplier Approval Program and Guidelines with collaboration with Procurement eg: New Supplier Approval, Technical advice.
• Manage the Supplier Quality Audits Program; Scheduling, Audits and Follow Up closure.
• Collaborate with Procurement on the Supplier Performance Monitoring Program to ensure actions taken timely for low performance vendor.
• Follow up suppliers’ related CPAR for closure.
• Troubleshooting on Supplier Quality Issue and provide technical advice.
• Establish and maintain Specification Management Program; approval for new product development specification approval.
• Standardize specification for Raw Materials and Packaging Materials.
• Establish and maintain the specification database in collaboration with the R&D.
• Lead the supplier related discussion when plant is having challenges for technical advice for acceptance/ rejection of materials.
• Establish and maintain Materials Monitoring Program (MMP) to ensure compliance to regulatory standards.
• Analyse high risk suppliers for effective monitoring on the Food Safety and Quality Supply of raw materials.
• Escalate any suppliers or materials related food safety and quality risk for next course of action at timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree for Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing, Sciences, Chemistry or related field.
• Min 5 years of working experience, preferably in Food Manufacturing environment, food safety and quality audits.
• Proven experience in leading supplier quality management.
• Confident and excellent communication skill to communicate with stakeholders.
