JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- To assist on daily QA monitoring and food safety related matters.
- To maintain and organize file record for QA department and assisted unit.
- To assist in the overall QA department.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably Intern specializing in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Quality Assurance / Control or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language for both spoken and written
- Internship duration must be minimum 4 – 6 months
- One (1) placement in Subang Jaya and six (6) placements in Melaka.

Responsible for all food production including that used for café, restaurant, banquet functions, central kitchen and other outlet. Develop menus, food purchase specification and recipes. Develop and monitor food and labor budget for the department. Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitization standard.
