Job Description

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with company objectives to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets
  • Lead and manage the nationwide sales team (Area/Regional Managers, Supervisors), including coaching, KPI management, and performance evaluation
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasting, demand planning, and product availability to ensure target achievement
  • Manage and optimize distribution channels (General Trade, Modern Trade, MTI, and e-commerce as a plus), including distributor performance evaluation
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to drive effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to align promotions, budgeting, stock readiness, and distributor A/R control
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide data-driven strategic insights to management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG sales, with 3–5 years in managerial roles
  • Experience in snack/packaged food industry is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of national distribution (GT)
