JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Electrical System Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.

Team Supervision & Coordination

  • Lead and oversee a team of electricians and technicians.
  • Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to enhance team competency.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all electrical work complies with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent electrical hazards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain workplace safety.

Project Management & Improvements

  • Support new electrical installations and upgrades in line with production requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance electrical performance and automation.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Prepare reports on system performance, downtime analysis, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure spare parts inventory is well-managed for minimal disruption.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in the F&B industry or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electrical circuits, PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing a team of electricians or technicians.
  • Knowledge of Safety Standards: Familiarity with electrical safety protocols, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Computer Proficiency: Ability to use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work in shifts and be on call for urgent repairs.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
