Assistant Manager, Enterprise Support

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Manage operations of end user computing and enterprise business applications both hosted on premise and on cloud platforms
• Maintain network best practices and perform regular coordinated maintenance across all local environments, adhering to group policies
• Optimize the performance of the systems environment, including reconfiguration, maintenance and/or upgrades
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for the selection, implementation, integration, and support of the enterprise architecture
• Research new or alternative technologies, document findings, conduct pilots and evaluate multiple vendors, make recommendations, and develop business cases to justify the investment for local office (if any)
• Create and maintain system recovery procedures, system run books, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Establish strong partnerships with local infrastructure vendors which includes negotiating access agreements, establishing service level agreements, and ensuring contracts are in place to support the services provided
• Project management of technology deployment projects for the local office governed by group functions in Malaysia
• Provide periodic reporting to Group Business Technology on local office issues, risks, updates and developments
• Be aware of the strategic direction of the organisation as well as new technologies on the horizon to provide sound advice to Mamee management on network and architecture strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3-5 years of IT management experience
• In-depth knowledge of network design and security best practices
• Experienced in network and security cloud infrastructure environments
• Experienced in Office 365 suite of applications’ administration
• Hands on experience in managing SAP ECC or S/4HANA (or any other ERP) related rollout, infrastructure and landscape an added advantage
• Experienced in end user computing support environment
• Deep understanding of server technologies. This includes operating systems, as well as physical and virtual servers, storage, backups and disaster recovery strategies, cloud platforms (i.e. Azure)Strong architecting skills with ability to design, implement, secure, validate, and troubleshoot enterprise network
• Skills to assess and translate network business requirements into technical specifications resulting in successful installations
• Ability to analyze reports and research complex issues
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indo.
