JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Oversee marketing activities for the brand including managing agencies for social media content, social media activations, advertising, and other promotional efforts.
  • Lead digital campaigns for product launches, new packaging, or flavors, as well as on-ground events and below-the-line (BTL) initiatives.
  • Handle daily e-commerce tasks, supervise enablers in implementing strategies, and manage administrative tasks like checking invoices and purchase orders.
  • Assist in preparing miscellaneous tasks for new product launches, price research, sponsorship requests, and other ad-hoc responsibilities
  • Participate in pitching for creative, digital agencies, and e-commerce enablers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years in brand marketing or digital marketing, ideally within the FMCG or snack industry
  • Strong understanding of brand management, social media strategies, digital campaigns, and on-ground activations
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and experience working with enablers, including daily operations, strategy implementation, and basic administration (e.g., invoice and PO management)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, ad-hoc projects, and agency pitching processes effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and to effectively coordinate with agencies and internal teams
