Oversee marketing activities for the brand including managing agencies for social media content, social media activations, advertising, and other promotional efforts.
Lead digital campaigns for product launches, new packaging, or flavors, as well as on-ground events and below-the-line (BTL) initiatives.
Handle daily e-commerce tasks, supervise enablers in implementing strategies, and manage administrative tasks like checking invoices and purchase orders.
Assist in preparing miscellaneous tasks for new product launches, price research, sponsorship requests, and other ad-hoc responsibilities
Participate in pitching for creative, digital agencies, and e-commerce enablers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Minimum 2-3 years in brand marketing or digital marketing, ideally within the FMCG or snack industry
Strong understanding of brand management, social media strategies, digital campaigns, and on-ground activations
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and experience working with enablers, including daily operations, strategy implementation, and basic administration (e.g., invoice and PO management)
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, ad-hoc projects, and agency pitching processes effectively
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and to effectively coordinate with agencies and internal teams
