Managing Distributor on the Primary & Secondary sales planning.
Strategize Route-to-Market and Go-to-Market, brand building via trade activities, campaign collaboration, and participating Exhibitions
Understand and analyse local regulations which applies to product, logistic and entire value chain model.
Research and build relationships with new and existing accounts.
Drive Solution / Concept selling via Ideation sessions and manage entire process from initial stage to launch stage.
Co-ordinate with internal business support from chef, R&D, Marketing, and related functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the business growth plan.
Conduct market studies and need-based solutions for the mass market product or OEM project.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with minimum 1 year in key account management experience.
Must be willing to travel around Asia & International frequently & as when necessary.
Possess customer management skills with solid selling essentials skills and negotiation skills.
Possess knowledge and experience in food service industry will be added advantage
Good learning attitude and have strong business entrepreneur mindset.

This role is responsible to identify International Market on the business opportunities and builds Distributor & Key Customer relationships. This person portrays interest in food and experience in food service is preferred.
Manage all quality & safety activities and inspectors within an assigned area. Responsible for preparation and effective implementation of documented quality and safety system, procedures and instructions. Monitoring and verifying incoming raw materials, production process and products with statistical techniques.
Responsible for driving sales of Food Service products by leveraging culinary expertise to engage clients, conduct product demos, and provide menu solutions. Ideal for candidates with chef experience and strong communication skills.
