JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Welcoming customer, informing them about special or new item, answering question and accepting order’s and payment
- Prepared and serves beverages such as coffee with coffee art, tea & specialty beverage
- Control beverage cost & quality
- Ensure guest are served within specific time
- Good knowledge of menu and presentation standard
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, glass etc throughout the shift
- Communicate with the team, regarding any menu question, the length of wait and product availability
- Supported other areas such as setup, cleanup, prep work & equipment maintenance
- Always comeout with new beverage menu, and suggested new item to customer to increased outlet sale’s
- Responsible for taking customer orders and payment.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least SPM, professional certificates or Diploma in Culinary/Hospitality and related field.
- At least min 2 years of experience in F&B Industry.
- Must familiar with coffee machine, able to make good taste of coffee and able to draw the coffee art.
- Good customer service skills and able to work well with the team.
- Good communication, able to pick up order fast and good memory.
- Able to work under pressure.
