Mamee Monstars Distributing Care Packs For Those In Need

Mamee-Double Decker Sdn Bhd, a well-loved Malaysian brand, is launching a campaign called Sama-Sama which lasts from August until December 2020. This campaign is an initiative by the Mamee Employees (Monstars) in stepping up their effort to help those who are in need from the effects of COVID-19.

The heart of the campaign is for Monstars to provide 2 million Mamee Care Packs to those in need. The Mamee Care Packs consist of the brand’s signature Mamee Noodles and newly launched Mamee Monster Thin Thin bisnack.

Mamee Kari Noodles

Together with the Rakyat, Mamee-Double Decker Sdn Bhd is inviting the public to nominate beneficiaries of these MameeCare Packs. The beneficiaries can include charity homes, the homeless, the orphanages, old folks’ home, and those who are the most impacted during these trying times.

The public who is interested to nominate can submit their nomination via social media by tagging @MameeNoodlesMY or @IamMameeMonster on Instagram. The public can do so up to the 31st of December 2020. Collaborating with partners in this charitable initiative, Mamee-Double Decker Sdn Bhd will be working alongside with the following organisations in channelling Mamee Care Packs to the beneficiaries in need:

  • Department of Social Welfare Malaysia (under the agency of Ministry of Women, Family and Community development).
  • Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan.
  • Yayasan Food Bank Malaysia.
  • Majlis Agama Islam WP.
  • Food Bank Jabatan Agama Islam WP.
  • Muslim Care Malaysia Society.
  • Persatuan Ibu Bapa & Anak-Anak Kanser Malaysia.
  • Jabatan Agama Islam Pahang
  • Jabatan Agama Islam Melaka.
  • Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia.
  • Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya.
  • Dewan Perdagangan Islam Malaysia.
  • Lembaga Zakat Kedah.
  • Human Aid Selangor.
  • Pertubuhan Kebaikan (Kindness Malaysia).
  • Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad.

Mamee Thin Thin bisnack, Spicy Chicken flavour

On top of 2 million Mamee Care Packs being channelled out to the needy, Mamee-Double Decker Sdn Bhd is offering Value Pack Promotion of noodles at 5 Free 1 and the Mamee Monster Thin Thin bisnack 4 Free 1 as a part to provide value to the Rakyat during the recovery phase.

The Sama-Sama campaign is inspired by the spirit of togetherness of Malaysians. Mamee hopes to continue inspiring Malaysians to come together and embrace the spirit of giving for the greater good of the Rakyat. It’s Mamee’s way of saying, “Thank You Malaysia”.
