JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management on progress toward international sales goals.
- Lead negotiations with international clients, ensuring favourable terms and closing deals to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners to foster long-term business collaborations.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to align international sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure that all international sales activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in international sales or a similar role, preferably from Food Industry or FMCG sector.
- Required language(s): English, Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in international markets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform market research and competitor analysis.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
